Escape from Tarkov
The haul only counts if it gets out.
Tell the group what you need from the raid, agree on a route, and keep track of each other. Getting the bag home is the important part.
Brief the raid
Agree on the map, mode, objectives and planned exit before readying up.
Identify the crew
Call your position and movement. Confirm uncertain targets instead of guessing.
Know when to leave
A useful haul and a completed task are reasons to extract. The next room will still be there another raid.
Escape from Tarkov at IRS
Tarkov rewards the group that can make decisions while everything is trying to change the plan. IRS runs start with a route, a reason to be there, and a little room in the bag for the unexpected. Tell the crew what you need from the raid and what you can afford to lose before the lobby becomes the map.
Be upfront about your experience and what kit you are comfortable risking. A group can plan around someone learning a map much more easily than someone pretending to know the way. Keep your position calls clear and ask before taking an uncertain shot.
