Overwatch at IRS
Overwatch gives the IRS crew a reason to argue over one more match and then queue again anyway. Bring the role you enjoy, listen to what the team needs, and put your effort into the next fight. Good timing and a regroup can do more than another isolated attempt to rescue the round.
Say which roles you enjoy and what sort of queue you are after. Help the group reset when a fight goes badly instead of sending everyone back one at a time. You can take the match seriously without making voice miserable.
