The formation
A Name to Rally Behind
Separate groups became a shared identity: IRS.
Playing together changed the shape of the group. There were more people to coordinate, more perspectives to consider, and more reasons to return the next day. The crew needed an identity that could belong to everyone gathering around it.
That identity became IRS. A name, a shared space, and a recognizable Psyop gave the community something to carry with it. The important part was never a particular base or a stockpile of gear. It was knowing that, wherever the next session happened, there would be people ready to make it memorable.
