Building the Crew
Recruitment became a commitment to the people joining.
As GlockZZ took on more responsibility, the DayZ side of IRS continued to expand. New arrivals brought different strengths. Some wanted the pressure of a fight; others preferred the patient work of gathering, building, and keeping the group moving.
Making room for those differences became part of the community's character. A larger roster was useful only if the people behind the names felt included. Organizers and regular members helped turn a growing list into a team, connecting new players with the part of IRS where they could contribute and enjoy themselves.
