Payment is verified before credits are delivered to your verified Steam account. If the server becomes unavailable after payment, delivery stays queued and retries automatically. Check your private order page for updates.
What survives a normal map wipe?
Unspent Tax Credits carry over. Per-map product limits reset with the map. Credits depend on continued server operation; they do not promise that the service will run indefinitely.

Can credits be traded or withdrawn?
No. Credits are account-bound. No player transfers, cash withdrawal or exchange from earned currency. IRS is community branding; purchases are not government tax payments, financial tax credits or tax-deductible donations.
